Documents Required for Japan Tourist Visa

General Required Documents

  • Passport with at least 6 months of validity from the date of entry into Japan.
  • Visa Application Form (completed and signed).

  • Bank Solvency Certificate.
  • Bank Statements for the last 6 months, with a minimum balance of BDT 100,000 per person.
  • Income Tax Certificate.
  • TIN Certificate.
  • Tax Return Acknowledgement Receipt for the last 3 years.
  • Hotel Booking / Accommodation Reservation.
  • Detailed Tour Itinerary.
  • Cover Letter.
  • Marriage Certificate, if applicable.

For Business Owners

  • Trade License.
  • Visiting Card.
  • Company Letterhead / Business Pad.

For Employees

  • No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the employer.
  • Salary Slips for the last 6 months.
  • Office ID Card.

For Students

  • Student ID Card.
