Documents Required for South Korea Tourist Visa (C-3-9)
**Important: Applicants must visit the visa application center/embassy in person to submit their visa application.**
General Required Documents
- Visa Application Form (attached). Please use the designated visa application form.
- The form must be completed accurately and truthfully. Please ensure that no required information is omitted.
- 1 recent color passport-size photograph, taken within the last 6 months.
- Passport with a minimum validity of 6 months.
- Photocopy of the valid passport.
- Valid Air Ticket Booking Slip.
- Cover Letter / Forwarding Letter from the applicant.
Additional Documents for Tourist Visa (C-3-9)
- Detailed Tour Itinerary for the planned trip to South Korea.
- Accommodation / Hotel Reservation.
- Personal Bank Statement and Bank Solvency Certificate for the last 6 months.
- Company Certificate of Incorporation or Trade License, if applicable (copies of the initial and current versions).
- Income Tax Certificate, Tax Challan (ট্যাক্স-চালান) copy, and Tax Return Acknowledgement Receipt.
- Employment Certificate issued by the applicant’s company, if applicable.
- Office ID Card Copy, if applicable.
- For students, a Recommendation Letter issued by the educational institution.
- Invitation Letter and Notarized Affidavit of Support, if applicable.
Visa Fee
Visa fees are non-refundable in cases where visa processing does not result in visa issuance, the applicant cancels the application, or a single-entry visa is issued after applying for a multiple-entry visa.
